Day time support hours 6am-10pm

Postpartum support is about caring for you so you can care for your baby.

At Bluffside Birth, I offer a calm, steady presence in your home holding space for your emotions, supporting feeding and newborn care, and tending to the little things like meals, laundry, and rest. Whether you need guidance, reassurance, or simply a moment to breathe, you don’t have to do this alone. You get to focus on your baby I’ll help take care of you.

Postpartum Support Packages (day time support: 6am-9pm)

(hours to be split in 2-4 hour shifts)

Single Visit
$40/hour (2 hour minimum) 

Perfect for one-time support, reset, or check-in.

Essentials Package
10 hours of Support: $400
Great for early postpartum adjustment + basic support.

Nurture Package

16 hours of Support: $600
Ongoing support for recovery, feeding, and routine building.

Full Support Package
36 hours of Support: $1,300
Consistent, hands-on care through the fourth trimester.
