Birth Package

  • We’ll meet twice before your birth to connect and get comfortable working together. Usually around 25 weeks and 35 weeks. During these visits, we’ll go over your birth plan and talk through different options and scenarios that might come up during pregnancy and labor, so you feel prepared and confident heading into birth.

  • You can reach out by text or phone anytime during your pregnancy if something comes up or you have questions. I'm here to support you.

  • I'm on call from 38 weeks until baby arrives.

  • Once you’re in labor, I’ll be right there to support both you and your partner—physically, emotionally, and with a calm, steady presence. I’ll help create a comforting environment, offer hands-on support like massage and breathing guidance, and gently coach your partner so they feel confident and connected as they support you. My goal is to be there for both of you, making sure you feel cared for and encouraged. While also helping bridge communication with your medical team, so your birth plan is not just shared- but genuinely listened to.

  • During labor you have access to anything in my birth bag. Fans, honey sticks, essential oils and diffuser, lights for birth space, snacks, rice heat backs, massage balls, rebozo, birth combs. etc

  • I will stay for 2-3 hours after birth to help you adjust those first few hours. This looks different dependent on your birth location

  • I provide two postpartum visits to support your transition into parenthood. During these visits, we’ll check in on feeding (whether nursing or bottle-feeding), discuss your birth experience, and address any questions or concerns you may have. I also bring a few nourishing meals, along with lactation cookies and drinks if you’re planning to breastfeed.
