1:1 Childbirth Education

$300

Our 1:1 childbirth education meetings are personalized, private sessions designed to prepare you for both birth and the postpartum period in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs.

We will meet twice during your pregnancy. Each session is customized to your goals, medical history, and any past birth experiences, allowing space for open conversation, questions, and hands-on education.

During these meetings, we will:

  • Build a strong understanding of the birth process and what to expect

  • Explore comfort measures, coping tools, and partner support techniques

  • Discuss medical options and evidence-based choices so you feel informed and confident

  • Prepare emotionally and physically for labor and birth

  • Create a plan for postpartum recovery, adjustment, and support

These sessions are intentionally one-on-one, giving you the opportunity to slow down, ask questions, and receive guidance that fits your family—not a one-size-fits-all approach. The goal is for you to walk into birth and early postpartum feeling prepared, supported, and confident in your decisions.
